Illing issue not cleared by airtel for the last 2 month

My name maninder singh i have an complaint regarding airtel mobile bills. i have an

billing issue for the last 2 months they r not solving my complaint regarding my bills

they have cut my phone. and making monopaly regarding bill.

they r saving that i have to the amount what ever they create in bill.

i have send many mails to them but not any actual solution given by them
