Deduction of Balance

Hi,

I am a reliance user. My no. is 9579960038. I am continuously using the services of reliance from a long time. But now they have taken a vow to irritate customers. They are continuously deducting my balance without my information and when complain to customer care, they put a deaf ear to all my complaint. They deduct my main account balance by saying message packs and various other services offered by them. What they are doing is morally ethically and legally wrong. Instead of doing this cheap activities, if they switch to good services, they will get some compliment by customer, but they are not giving a single response to my complaints. I am using this service in Pune, Maharashtra.
