I had taken a tata photon plus connection in April and after 4 months of usage opted for cancellation. I applied for cancellation in Last week of august, and now I have been informed that I have unpaid dues. Now I come to know that apart from a month's unpaid dues they have charged me Rs 1500 as churn out fee for opting for cancellation within 6 months. This fee was not at all mentioned when I took the connection. These guys are finding out new ways of cheating.
