I had been using the Aircel Cellular mobile number 7299977228 as a post paid service. I terminated this number in the first week of Dec but I'm yet to receive the refund of my caution deposit. I have given more than ten complaints requesting for refund in the past month but neither have i received the refund or any proper explanation.
