Dear Sir,

I have surrendered my Land Line No. 0141-2722604 on dated 11.09. which was installed at Jaipur. This was done vide receipt no. 8007113878 dated 11.09.2012. It was told that on 31.10.2012 it was forwarded to Chandigarh vide RE 0001594376.

Balance Rs. 2479 is not refunded till day. Pl. help.
