Incorrect information on website

The Tata Docomo website clearly indicates the following services on a recharge of Rs. 23

Local Mobile Calls @1p/2sec. 98 FREE SMS/day after 2 SMS@50p/SMS. Validity : 30 Days

In spite of having done the recharge my msgs continued to be charged at Re. 1.

On contacting the customer care center they informed me that the Rs. 23 recharge is only for calling tariff privileges and has no sms offers.

When I asked the guy to register a complain he put me on hold for more than 15 mins after which I decided to hang up and call again. But of course, it has been 5 hours now and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Tata Docomo has gone a step further to ensure that it is almost impossible to launch a complaint on their website.

I wish they would pay a little less attention to adding stupid heavy graphics to their website and a little more attention to putting up correct information.
