Airtel is billing after disconnection

I had an AIRTEL connection (080-40953126) which I had taken in 2009 in Indira Nagar. In November I had shifted my house to Kaggadasapura. Air tel officials were asking for too many documentation and hence I decided to disconnect the connection. I made the final settlement in January and there was no further bill generated thereafter. In the month of September I suddenly started getting SMS for bill payment on this account. Despite several communication with Air tel officers (via phone and in person) this issue is not getting resolved. I am getting calls everyday from Air tel w.r.t this and there is no conclusion. This is extremely frustrating. First of they are billing me for a period when I am not using the phone (I have shifted from the location and this is a landline - there is no way I can use this) and on top of that they are not resolving the issue.

I just want this connection to be closed, Instead Air tel is abusing me by calling me everyday. After one minute of the conversation, they cut the call and will call at the same time next day. This just keeps repeating.
