A sum of Rs.745/- was debited on 3rd March and again on11th March under ECS arrangement for the same bill. I spoke to one MS.Ramya on 12th March and It was not reversed and subsequently I have sent a e-Mail to the company to rectify the error. On 10th April and again on this day (12/4), I was trying to contact the company by Telephone (No.1211) and there was a recorded voice "YOU ARE IMPORTANT CUSTOMER - ALL OUR OFFICERS ARE ATTENDING TO THE CUSTOMERS - PLEASE HOLD ON". It is going on for 30 minutes on both the days but there was no response. There is something wrong with their communication procedure and they should try to rectify it.
