Aircel has the worst customer service that I have ever came across. You cannot speak to any customer service representative through a phone call. Try dialing to 121 or 198 from your Aircel number, you cannot reach anyone. When you visit the nearest aircel office, all they could do is just register a complaint and no action would be taken.
I raised a request for migrating to post paid from pre paid. Its been 3 weeks nothing has happened. Their representative did not come for address verification, but, closed the request stating that address is invalid. I am staying in the same address for past three years and Aircel has same address as my communication address.
