I m sourabh paul, I got a message from my aircel mobile (no.-8013184172) that "Reacharge with 35 full talk time and a2a 10p/m and a2o 40/m and std 50p/m and talktime will be credided between 96 hours after recharge". I got this message at 30th december and I recharched it after some times but I could not the talktime. Then I called to 198 (Customer complaint). But the customer care exucutive, Rishen Mitra did not take my complaint. Even I told him that I take all responsibility please take my complaint. So I want to that please take some neccessary steps againts the company also that customer care executive.
Because this 35 rupees is to small if the company apply same method to many customer. Then Company will cheat many Money from innocent customers.
So my request is that please take some neccessary steps againts aircel india and that customer care executive.
