THIS IS S.K.MATHUR FROM JODHPUR, AN AIRCEL POSTPAID CUSTOMER.MY COMPLAINT IS:- AFTER I DONE THE PAYMENT OF MY MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER DISCONNECTS MY PHONE, ON CALLING TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAYS THAT YOUR IS DUE SO WE CANNOT CONTINUE YOUR SERVICES.THEN I CONTACT TO LOCAL AIRCEL OFFICE THEY PEOPLE SAYS THAT YOUR BILL IS PAID AND YOUR SERVICES WILL CONTINUE AFTER 2 DAYS, BUT MY SERVICE STARTS AGAIN AFTER 31 DAYS.THIS IS HUGE, I ADVISED YOU NOT TO USE AIRCEL.
