Not giving the PUK code from 15 days &not responding on calling customer care

Sir,

I am a combatant member of Indian Air Force & presently posted to srinagar. I am using a postpaid connection of aircel from jan but from 15 days my sim is blocked & asking for PUK code, when i called customer care then they are telling that my account is not updated & now days the are not responding also. Then i tried to contact the Nodal officer but he is also not attending the complain . sir please do some needful for me.
