I have applied for new connection of Aircell connection on 15th February and submitted all documents through the authorized agent who gave me No. 9858829925. On my enquriy when the sim is not activated till 17th Feburary, it was intimated to me that the photographs attached with the form are to be changed as the paper used for taking these photographs are not superior as intimated by the Company. Accordingly, I have submitted another photographs. When even after 18th February, the sim was not activated, I again visited the authorized agent and equire about my activation. He informed that the Company has rejected the form as the State Subject certificates is not legible. I again submit a copy of legible state subject.

It is astonishing that till date (i.e 21st February), the sim is not activated and for that I have suffered great deal of harrassment by the Company.
