GOOD EVENING SIR / MADAM, I HAVE SUBMIT COMPLAINT TOWARDS ON AIRTEL PREPAID FOR OVER CHARGING EVEN NOT USING DATA OR ANY OTHER SERVICES TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 919958976317 AT 7.18PM ON 21.2.2012. FROM DELHI. (AIRTEL OFFICE) SHE TOLD COMPANY (AIRTEL) WILL GIVE BACK Rs.100/- TO MY MOBILE ACCOUNT BUT I HAVE NOT AGREED WITH HIM. I JUST WANT TO TELL TO INDIAN PUBLIC THIS IS WAY OF MOBILE COMPANY (AIRTEL BHARTI) WHO CHARGING WRONGLY WHEN WE DO ANY CASE OR ANY COMPLAINT THEY WILL READY TO GIVE BACK OUR AMOUNT FROM MY MNP AIRTELCHARGED 2 TIMES 1ST TIME THEY TOLD I HAVE CHARGED FOR AIRTEL LIVE EVEN I HAVE ACTIVATED DATA OFFER CARD. BUT THIS TIME 100% COMPANY CHARGED AND DOING FRAUD WITH VALUABLE CUSTOMERS THIS IS NOT A CORRECT WAY TO DO LIKE THIS. I WANT MY TOTAL MONEY BACK. PLEASE I REQUEST TO DO SERIOUS ACTION ON AIRTEL BHARTI. I REQUEST TO ALL PRE PAID CUSTOMER TO SEE AND CHECK YOUR BALANCE DAILY IF YOU BELI THEY WILL CHARGED YOU WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION.
