No Response after getting Cash for New Post Paid Connection

I have purchased a new post paid connection (89918001108170196338) of Aircel on 15 June'10. I have submitted my all necessary papers on 15 June’10 to the collection executive. I have paid Rs.500/- in cash also for this new connection (having the receipt) to the executive. Later I was committed that this amount will be returned to me and my new connection will free of cost. But till date I have not received my amount neither my number gets activated..

On 15 June’10 I have submitted my document and payment, and after 8-10 days I receive verification call and from there I came to know my number (7503007407). I neither have contact number of any official nor enough time to visit Airecel store.

Now I am not interested anymore for this new connection after experiencing this type of service.
