Wrong, Unusual continuous deduction of prepaid account balance

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using Aircel prepaid mobile no. 918909304165 from January.

Since 13 november aircel is continuously deducting my account balance inspite of the fact that i am not using any extra service/facility which is chargable neither i am making any chargable call or sms.

Each time continuously from 13 november morning, i get a sms from aircel in which the content is '"thanks for using aircel services".

On each sms one rupee is being deducted from my main balance and uptill 14 november 10:30PM... almost 55 rupees are being deducted from my main balance.

Customer care executives of aircel are not taking my complaint seriously...

they are not providing me any satisfactory information & solution of my problem.

They are not transferring my call to their senior executives...

I am very much dissappointed from aircel at this point of time.

So, i am requesting you to help me out in this matter.
