Since the date of purchasing a sim from aircel moblie co. i m being made victim of overcharging/ charging under uncalled/ services which i never opted. like moc1 i was not aware until a heavy charges was cut from my mobile account. secondly i never opted for any dial tone . i dont know any special no. 53000530 on which i would make a call even i m not knowing for what this is the no. under such many excuses this co. is cheating from lakhs of consumers. your kind intervention is soliciated to look into such services . surprisingly, sms and such unwanted services are still continued after activation of donot disturb also. this is really become quite painful when one approached to custmore care service they are as per their plan not lodging any complain regarding such services. hope your high office will resolve this issue as like me many might be suffering.
