Aircel mobile prepaid connection
Wrongly deduct Rs 40 from my a/c balance

I buy a Aircel prepaid sim card before few days at Rs 250 with talk time Rs 301 or 300 . After some day used my talk time balance came Rs 280 apx.then i remove sim card from my mobile and keep it in a safe place with plastic cover. But after few days when it connect and see my balance come Rs 170 apx.after then i remove sim with out any used at last to day 3.12. 2010 when i connect sim to my mobile and call*125# for balance inquire then see my balance come down Rs236.80 . My mobile number is 91 7278262320

This mobile company all time create this type of problem and when we contact to customer care they ignore it with some blame .so in that case my 2nd aircel sim card not recharge from long time .so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
