No verification, barred call

I have taken one corporate no 88001081777, the verification was done on 13th feb when executive had visited the house, after verification thehe had submitted the report that the cm was not available at the address, i asked customer care people to do the verification again, they told me that it will be done on sunday, today i have wasted my complete day for the verificaation to be done, nobody has came and barrings also has not been removed, now i want to close this no as soon as possible, coz it has caused me alot of problems
