Can't able to access Pocket Internet

Hi,

while filling my detailed information to have postpaid connection of AIRCEL; I have clearly told & humbly requested to customer care executive @ showroom that "not to generate my bill on 8th of every month". even after this request also aircel guys are generating my bill on every month 8th only; I have requested this because it's totally inconvenient for me to pay bill as well as i need to submit my bill to my organization for refunding it.

Even after humble request also aircel people are not even bothering to care it.
