I am really fedup using Aircel network. It have been passed 5 months using aircel postpaid no 9700009959, but yet didnt recived a single bill even. I lodge many complaint regarding this issue, but yet my complaint is not resolved. After n no of complaint's the customer care executive told me that due to some problem we unable to transfer bill at ur billing address, and requested me submit my email id for an softcopy of bill. I belived blindly and submitted my email id, but no use of submiting email id bcoz i didnt recived any mail form aircel. I m not understanding what is my bill plan, what are cal charges etc.. Though ever month i paid my bill's, but now i lost my temper and i think dat aircel service is cheating it's customer appling wrong charges and that's is reason why they are not posting d bill to my bill address...
