I have 3 post paid connections with aircel as a CUG corporate connection.
Continuous wrong billing has been done by aircel for usage of pocket internet and download of games/ wallpaper/ subscriptions to the tune of Rs 1000 every month...
request for clarifications/ usage/ monitoring has resulted in bad responses/ no communication/ and cutting of connection by Aircel.
Bill payment reminders are sent thrice a day but a complaint is not respended to even for 15 days!!!
Pathetic attitude/ bad customer servie.
At this rate, no wonder new poviders are preferred.
