Dear sir,
Iam an aircel postpaid customer 9551089438. From 21st July to 29 July my outgoing calls are activated only after making a call to customer. Due to it, i lost my conference meeting calls worth of 5, 00000. i made call to customer care no of times but no respond regarding my complaint. i need to talk with the high authority officer of aircel to take a proper steps.
Due to the improper customer care service i lost my value., so i will not pay my bill dated for month of july.
