IM USING AIRCEL PREPAID AT APRIL 4TH I RECHARGED FOR RS 200 ON THE 6TH APRIL NOON TME I HAVE BALANCE AROUND 160 TO 170 SUDDENLY THEY DEDUCT MY WHOLE ACCOUNT BALANCE FULLY AS 0.00 ON 6TH APRIL I HAVE LOGED THE COMPLAINT IN 121-4249 COUSTEMER CARE THET SEND A MESSAGE FOR THAT COMPLAINT IT WILL SOLVED IN 15 APRIL REF NUMBER SR 1-4245750887 AFTER 15TH APRIL I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THERE WAS NOPROPER RESPONSE FROM THEM THEY TRANSFER MY CALL TO THEIR TEAMLEADER AFTER 3 TIMES ATTEMPT THEIR TL MR RENGARAJ ATTN THE CALL AND SAID THAT IT WILL CLEARED IN NEXT 24 HOURS IT MEANS APRIL17 12.30 NOON .IS THERE ANY WAY TO TAKE LEAGEL ACTIVITIES AGAINST THEM.
