I have aircel prepaid connection. I recharged for 3G internet connection a few days back. but since then i have not been able to connect to the internet. every time i call the customer care they simply send me the gprs setting. after several such calls, another customer care operator asked me to create new setting, deleting the old ones. since then i am not even getting the internet symbol on top. another operator asked me to change some other settings in my phone but to no avail. all they have done is put me on hold and make me talk to customer care operators who can barely speak english. im very frustrated and angry.
