This is 4th time AIRCEL intentional activate the dialer tune which is there theme song and deduct Rs. 104/- from my prepaid balance. although I fade up with there network, customer care, authorized outlet. Now, Decided to continue this connection with 0 balance. If any one including DOT or any government authority kingly help me I am very much thankful. Don, t expect any mail from aircel. Please help me
