I had a balance of Rs.114/- in AIRCEL prepaid connection No.9716227018 on 15-18 April but I was shocked when first the balance was reduced to 76/- and then to Rs.14/- within two days. A dialer tone service was activated on my connection i.e. AIRCEL Tone, without my consent and I had been robbed of Rs.100/- by the service provider i.e AIRCEL. I tried to resolve the matter at customer care but failed and was compelled to make online complaint @ [email protected]. I have received reply stating that the matter will be resolved with three working days and an amount of Rs.60/- will be credited to my account. But nothing has been done till date.
I shall be obliged for getting my hard earned money credited back to my prepaid connection.
