To cheat by sending promotional calls

Dear Sir,

I got several calls from Aircel mobile that if i make my account with RS 50.00 i will get full talk time. I will get RS 43.XX instantly and remaining will be in next 48 hours. I received same call on 12 dec and i recharged my account with RS 50.00. I got RS 43.XX instantly. But did not got any additional balance yet (17 dec).

I talked to customer care of Aircel, but they told that there was no such promotional call sent to my number and they will not pay rest balance to my number.

So, i want to say that since it is matter of not only RS 6.XX but it is a matter of cheating of a customer.

Please forward my complain to Aircel and give me my rest money in my account.
