No proper Customer Service

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is WASIM I SHAIKH. My Aircel Number is 8898091931. I am using NOKIA 5130 XpressMusic Mobile. I have same problem, I have recharged Pocket Internet card of 28 Rs/- denomination which avail 7 days of free net service

But in this period of seven days I made several call to customer care so that I can get the GPRS setting, but I didn't get the setting, which means no use of my Pocket Internet recharge

then after 8 or 10 days i again called to customer care (198), and they asked me to call VAS help line (1214) and from there i instantly got the setting, after getting the GPRS setting I recharged with 14 Rs/-(3 days free net surfing) denomination Pocket Internet Card, but for surprise, I was unable to use the setting with both Opera mini as well as Nokia 5130 XpressMusic browser and this is my 2nd day of recharge (07-07). I am tired of calling the Customer Care (which is repeating same sentence of "Sir there is some network problem which will get solved in 2 Hours, after 2 Hours you will surely be able to connect")

Now my question is What about my Rs 28 and 14, It's totally waste, who's going to repay and how, and if there is any problem with Network then how can I be able to make calls. And now I am unable to call Customer care also (because all customer support executive are busy)
