Fraudent executives

I had been using blackberry services provided by aircel. I didnt get the services for most of the month, regarding which I registered complaints quite often with aircel, vashi. I was assured by one of the executives that my BB fee will be waived off. But my services were cancelled by the operator and I was made to pay for services which i never used. Plz look into the matter and provide justice.
