My name is ADITYA.

I am a student currently studying in maharashtra. I use a pre paid sim card of number 7298320690 jk When at home. According to the rules of TRAI pre paid sim from jammu doesnt work outside the state. I was in pune from 17 of july to 6 of dec due to my academics. And in between this time period some scheme was activated on my sim number 7298320690 on 30 september. I have my call records which show that between this period my sim was never used. Still the telecom organisation is reluctant to accept their mistake and pay my balance back even after i have given more than 3 complaints.
