Dear sir/mm

i hve bought aircel sym jus 3 weeks ago and sumbitted my documents then and their but started to get document not sumbited alerts after 3 days, nd my otgoin service was blocked...

after tellin alot to the retailer said it will be restarted probably on monday... nd it does get restart .. bt tday on tuesday 1 mre time document not sumbited alert msg came nd i cntacted customer care he said ur service will nt be interupted bt wen i put the call dwn... aftr 1/2 hr my all calls including data calls also got barred..

is it the service of urs... shuldnt i call cusomer care as they trubled me mre...

i m fade up..
