Call Ignorance by customer care executive (vikas)

Hi,

I mahipal here want to compalaint for the ignorance showed by cse (customer care executive) vikas of Airtel of my call made to 121 few days ago (last 10 days).

I call to 121 (Airtel customer care) from my airtel Delhi Number for enquiry related to promo call and message from company side. The promo was related to availing 50paise A2A LOCAL AND STD AND 60paise A2OTHER local and std without any charge or rental.

The cse (vikas) has put my call on hold... without my permisson... then i wait ..but what the hell i see he just drop my call after 10minutes of hold. He has not given me any response or apologise for not having any info abt the service... but why he drop the call... Is it his customer service.

pls do needful...
