Company dont me the mobilr setting

My mobile no. is 8126623125. i have taken a 89 pack of internet on 15dec.2009.after that i dialed *567*11#.a message came to me that thank you to subscribing aitel pack.the message told me to take 1hour for activation.message setting did not come as thecustomer care executive told me. after that i send message 'MO' to 52567 several time in 2to 3hours of interval. 2 customer care executive did a positive response and give me the request no.1217216552.but i have not received my GPRS configuration setting. i am using nokia6233.
