Hi All, Do you know how airtel is cheating us, I tried to make online recharge, Airtel poor website never repsond and shows error as captcha not matched, unable to respond, sorry for the incoveniece etc, then i called customer service at 121, to request about the online recharge, this Sucking Airtel has charged 50.ps to reach customer serve for every three or 1 minites, after long hold call get disconnected, i tried agian no use, then i called 198 which is complaint dept for all the telecommunications by default they refuse to take the complaint, however i am unable to compete my transaction, lost about 10 rs for this. see all for one customer they are charging like this, lets calucate for hole customer like this. How ever we its their duty to solve the customer issues how dare this idiot company can charge for this. I USED MNP just sent sms to PORT MOBILENUMBER TO 1900 I HAVE RECEIVED THE SMS WITH PORT NUMBER I CHANGED OVER TO VIDEOCON, VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am updating this just for your awareness. Let them change their policy or let us change. I have changed my 23 friends number form airtel to other networks WITHOUT CHANGIGN THE NUMBER..
