Daily I receive a message from AD-54321 and it states as follows "You have been renewed for ##GamesMania Subscriptionfo subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged with Rs.5. live cricket on mobile tv http://airteltv.co:8080"
I had to call customer care and spoke to first person who says i activated it, but when i was trying to explain i didn't activate anything he says its only my issue. i have activated it. when i asked for manager he put me on hold for 3 min and then disconnected the call.
I again called back and spoke to a lady called Renu who does not have a last name. both were not able to speak english or hindi properly, i would say hardly able to speak. She says i am going to some WAP site every day that is why i am getting this message. when i explained i am not going to any WAP sites she puts me on hold and come back after 5 min and says she is taking a complain and will if the issue is from their side they will refund the money for 4 days.
When i asked for a complain number she says i will receive it by sms. Which i have not received so far.
Customer care officers are not trained properly and they say I have did something wrong which i have not done.
Why the Airtel is not training its Customer care officers?
Airtel is cheating its customers. Airtel you should be ashamed for doing this.
Resolve my issue else i will opt for MNP :)
