I'm Dipankar Majumdar, an user of airtel prepaid service (no-8011626662) having complementry pack of free 100 sms per day, but not getting the same. I have even lodge the complain (no-CBNRA30607534657) on 7/6 5.25pm but till today not a single call from the service provider. Now even I'm unable to call 198 again for the comlaint because the service refusing itself for that no. Please help me out.
