Airtel Cheating Me

Sir

I am a consumer of AirTel mobile network. From a long time airtel is cheating with me.

I get messages saying that Gyan Pack/Cricket score pack/ Joke pack... etc. has been activated in your number and you have been charged Rupees 5/10/15/20/30 . But I never tried to activate such services.

Whenever I call to customer care to refund the money then they lie and tell me It can not be refunded because the services activated by me and they disconnect the call.

I am very helpless airtel staling money from my account and I am not able to do anything.

Please Help me...
