Hi,

My phone number is 80951 78445.

I generated my UPC code (VX434462) one month back and did a mobile number portability from Vodafone to Airtel. I have been facing problems with it since that time. The SIM was working fine for a few days but then, my outgoing was barred last week. When contacted customer care they said documents were not proper. So, i went and re-submitted the documents wrote an APEF form (No. 1063082) again on 17th May at No. 27, Mahadevapura Post, Whitefield Road, Opp. Bimal Maruti Agency in Bangalore 560 048. I was told that my SIM would start working again from 20th May but it is not working. Now, even the incoming calls are barred. So, today (24th May) i went to the same relationship center to check the issue. I submitted my lease agreement and proofs again in a different APEF form. Can you please resolve this issue ASAP! Have been facing lots of issues with Airtel and have faced so much mental stress (by not being able to make/receive important calls) because of this. I'm wondering why did i change from Vodafone!
