I had applied for Airtel Broadband connection last week on tuesday (31st May). I was assured that the service would begin in 3 days max. Now it is 10 days from the date I made the payment and still no action is taken. I have been calling the Airtel office and except assurity that it'll be installed 'tomorrow' each day i'm not getting anything. And recently I've been given a new job of calling multitude of people to tell my grievance and know the status, your officials don't ever call back. I wonder if they are given mobile phones or not, If you can't fix it then tell it, do not ask customers to call other airtel officials for the same problem. I'm now fed up completely with this kind of service.
