New Broadband & Landline Connection

I have applied for Airtel Broadband & Land Line connection in the 1 Week of August with required documents and application fees and promissed to get the same within 3 days. Its almost 1 month is over no body from Airtel is truned up. I have raised lot of complains with Airtel Cufstomer Care, Nodal Officer, Applete officer but did not found any satisfactory answer except "Work In Progress". I am keep on calling them and since last week they have started joking with me stating your connection will be provided by very next day, but when you will asked for the same on next day same caste will played agagin. I am very fursted and harrsed. Expecting some help to get out of this issue.
