Prepaid connection getting disconnected as insufficient balance inspite of having sufficient balance

Dear Sir,

I would like to raise a compliant against Airtel in the consumer forum. My Airtel prepaid phone number bearing 7760283940. I was having prepaid airtel balance of more than Rs. 40 and sometimes even Rs. 60, Inspite of having sufficient balance I am unable to make calls and I am getting an automated reply as ‘U HAVE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE TO MAKE A CALL, HENCE IT WILL BE DISCONNECTED’ and gets disconnected. I have faced a lot of problems because of it, unable to make important calls at most urgent times. I am extremely unhappy with this happening.

I tried contacting their helpline and even that gets disconnected, because of insufficient balance. It requires a minimum balance of 50paise.

One way they are wrong in claiming that I have insufficient balance and other way they are not even giving me access to raise compliant.

Kindly provide me justice in this matter with proper compensation and making sure that this doesn’t happen again.
