Billing not done as per the Plan

Issue:

1) Billing is not as per the bill plan

2) Not received any discounts as per the bill plan: 600mins free call.

3) Actual billing was not reflected on previous connection.

I have requested the change of plan from AES 249 to SUPER SAVER 199 CUG corp plan on 2nd May on to my connection 9741288988.

As per that request I received a mail form Mr. Gopinath Ganesh, Customer Care [email protected] with attached rate plan of SUPER SAVER 199 CUG and to clear the unbilled amount to process the request.

I have cleared the unbilled amount of 1077 Receipt: OC 12152068 on 4th May and again sent a mail to [email protected] to change the plan with immediate effect and spoke customer care over the phone on the same time and confirmed that they received the payment.

Again I spoke to customer care on 6th May to confirm whether plan got changed and they confirmed it.

After bill plan change, I received the first bill dated 4th June amount of 2304. When I verified the bill, billing was not as per the SUPER SAVER 199 CUG corp. Charged flat 50ps for airtel, other mobile and landline and not given 600 mins discount. Immediately I spoke to customer care and explained the issue and then they registered the service request. Day after somebody come to back to me from Airel for saying all call charges are valid, then I demanded to speak to manager, she is connected to Ms Pavithra. Floor Manager. She has identified the issue and manually calculated the bill as per the bill paln. Bill supposed to be Rs.1300. She said can not give Rs.1000 discount and has only Rs. 500 limit. She advised if I want escalate it to Nodel officer to reworking of bill. As per that I spoke to Nodel officer Mr. Vinay and registered the complaint. He promised me that rework will be done until that connection will not be disconnected and make the payment after rework is done.

I did not get the response and meantime 2nd july I got one more bill unfortunately that bill also same problem. Again I called to customer care and explained the issue and then they came to know they converted to wrong plan and from 7th July they again changed the bill plan without noticing me. Whenever I spoke they will be telling me that all charges are valid and when I asked why did the bill plane changed twice then only they registered the compliant.

From last 5 months I was behind of customer care executive and nodel officer to resolve this issue. (Pavithra, Vinay, Ahmmed Anu and many people). They just promised me and did not resolve it. From day one I told will not make any payment until this is been resolved and all nodel officers agreed for that. This issue is there from last five months and still not resolved.

Whenever I registered the complaint they closed complaint without noticing. Like that I have registered around 12-15 complains, this issue is dragged to 5 months and they did not reworked the bill they simply pass Rs500, Rs150 waiver like that and they close it even though I did not asked.

Recently Ms, Anu('[email protected]') from collection team had called me for payment and after all these she said no one from Airtel promised for SUPER SAVER 199 CUG corp plan because that time plan was does not exist and all call charges are valid.

She requested to send the all the related documents related bill plan change and she also promised that if I sent those documents, she will give the complete waiver and I sent the details to her mail ID [email protected] and thereafter no reply.

Because of Airel made mistake I suffered, many times my connection disconnected and I have been using this connection since five years.

On 16th November again got a call from Mr. Vinay -994519667 saying from Legal department of Bharti airtel ltd. Again explained the issue and informed him that will not make any payment and finally came to final settlement of to pay Rs 3000. As per that made the payment of Rs.3000.

Still now it is not resolved and keeps getting the call from airtel for payment. I am getting frustrated with these calls. Hence I am registering the Compliant here.
