Dear AIRTEL,

I ve choosen postpaid corporate connection (249 CUG Plan) last two month back and now regretting myself.

I wake up Saturday (20th Jan) morning to relax myself and tried my first call since that the story begins.

My outgoing call and internet service has been barred (stopped) as it crossed my credit limit. However my credit limit is 1, 000, but my outstanding bill was 6, 193 as of 22nd Jan. Though it crossed my credit limit long ago but I ve never been intimated. I don’t know what is the definition of credit limit by their **** system. With that money a couple can go for Honeymoon to Leh for 4day/3 nights.

I called to customer service center on 21th Jan first they told me that for the period (20 Dec~19 Jan) has generated you ll be receiving it shortly. Please try with re-login with their given password. (Interaction Id F995048414). That’s a false statement.

Again I called and explained all the story from the beginning. Then they happily said, unless I paid the amount 4, 500 they won’t resume my service and I can get my bill only on 22nd Jan. (Interaction ID: F995165861) Not A Chance In HELL.

I called again the same story on the next day morning that is on Sunday (22nd Jan).

I requested them to send them the bill so that I can resume my service which STOPPED ME SINCE LAST TWO DAYS TO MAKE ANY CALL. This time they assured me by sms they will send me the e-bill within two hours. I waited for six hours still no call or no bill has been sent. (Interaction ID: F995584236). That’s a also false commitment.

Now I am out of patience. But this time a new story. THE BAD lady RUDELY saying Your bill has been generating in our system it will take 5 days to reach me (Is it a rocket science you are dealing with? Huh!!!). AS HELL AS she disconnected my phone while in conversation saying “DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND ENGLISH”. Actually I doubt them are they really qualified for the post they are sitting and serving for Silicon city of INDIA (Bangalore). This time no interaction has been sent as they have the full control whom to send whom to not send, as they are the king..

Again soon I call to them but this time they said you ll receive the e-bill today (seems to be not interested in my problem). He also told me the same thing you have to pay 4, 500 to resume the service. (Interaction ID: F995700822). What the hell, I said okay to end the stupid call.

WHAT SURPRISED ME HERE on Saturday when my phone has been barred at that time the unbilled amount was 5, 900 and on the next day the unbilled amount was 6, 190. Absolutely nothing had changed in my usage other than the calls to customer service. as I ve invested in stock it keeps increasing or decreasing. (**@@ System)

Again I called them up in the Sunday night. NOW I SAW IN INTERNET THE OUTSTANDING BILL IS 476 but still they are saying I need to pay 4, 500 to resume my service.(F995741369)., still I am waiting to receive the e-bill to my registered email ID. That was it..

Finally, I lost it totally. ”FORGET IT”. I barely use the phone enough to miss it. I’ll survive. One thing is for certain. I am NOT paying for something I didn’t use, just because their software Gods think I should.

Now it is 1:23 AM and I ve waisted my whole weekend with resoning wiht these #$## peoples..

I ve used softbank, Japan for 3 years I cant even compare 1% of their service what I m getting in INDIA.

I know this is not only me who suffered this kind of problem I urge Airtel to resolve to make a better INDIA.
