I (Kiran kumar K.R.mob: no.9900960057) have been deducted Rs.50/- on 28.04.2010 with out my concern, so i complained on the same day as soon as possible, they just gave me the complaint number which is 304283352520, & said the same amount will be remitted to my account on 3rd of may which they did't doit, so i called & verified the answer was i requested for the download of McPack, for which i was chareged, from the number 56060 of which i denied because i never asked or touched the mobile before quit some time, the messege i received to inform me that i have been charged Rs50/-.Again they gave me a new complaint number ie 3050364047400 on 03.05.2010.i request to get back my money.
At same time the company should be charged for such an act, simply because, if the company charges about 1000 people they get Rs50, 000/-just like that, so please do consider this complaint seriously so further no one will be charged for thier non requirement of any additional facilities.
