Complaint againt over charging

Hi,

I am mailing to put my complaint to you for the phone no. 9008200155.

I have been charged for Gameclub subscription on this number for last 3 to 4 months and I have never asked for this particular service.

I talked twice to your customer care executives, recently I talked to Nirmal Prasad (customer executive) and he could not give any concrete answer instead he told me that portal is down and he is not able to extract any information, eventually he disconnected the call. (Service Request number: 1027699531)

I do not expect such bad service from the so called best telecom company of India.

Look in to the issue and refund all the amount that you have charged for this service.

Failing to refund the money, I would drag the company into the consumer court and TRAI.
