Airtel Complaints - sms barred

My Mobile number is 9960686586. My out going sms is barred. Called customer care couple of time but it was of no use. i have re-entered correct sms center number 919890051914. but still my problem has not been resolved.

Please do something to get my sms outgoing activated.
