I am very frustrated with the carelessness of Airtel. I've a broadband connection & every month i have to remind them to send me the bill. This is damn frustrating. I wonder how can a company not send the bills & expect the customer to pay. I registered for ebills which is easy to be sent. Still they would not & expect a timely payment
Any help!
This month again i've no bill (4 months in a row)
