I have activated daily sms pack from aitrel prepaid. But when I tried to deactivate the same by using the airtel no. *321*491# and using *321*491*5* it shows message that I am not a subscriber, though my a/C. Balance is deducting daily.
I have called customer care centre for this problem:
one executive said me that I must deactivate the same using one and only way *321*491#, (though that was not working) he said me that he can not deactivate from there (by himself).
I have called then second time one another executive replied me the same for this query, he gave me another no. *110#, but that was also not working.
I have called third time one executive constantly saying me that I must do with suing the no. *321*491#, I have strictly said tht its not working at all.. I said that waht can I do now.. they replied me that there is no another way.. I said my a/C. Balance is deducting daily... they replied me that they can't do from there... now what can I do??
I have called then forth time, one another executive now I get. He replied me that he will deactivate from there (by himself). And the pack also deactivated.
Now see the matter and entire case.. for a single query.. all four executives answers something new, something else, all have very different knowledge though having work in same company.
What I got with forth executive, that answer all other three was not answering - they were also "unaware" for this answer.
This all shows non sense / Executives... I have also call recordings for the talk.
