Efund of security deposit

I was using airtel landline connection for more than last 7 years. Recently on 13th Jan i have applied for cancellation of my landline connection. I have already paid all the outstanding bills. Still the airtel has deducted Rs399/- from my security and gave refund of Rs 601 instead of Rs 1000/-.

Also they didnot bother to collect the landline set.

Kindly do the needful.
